Delete account

How to request deletion of your aAlabu account and what data may still be retained.

How to request deletion

  • Email aalabu@aalabu.com from the email address linked to your aAlabu account and use the subject line: Delete my account.
  • If you cannot email from the registered address, include your full name, booking email, and any recent booking or reservation reference so the support team can verify ownership before deleting the account.
  • You may also contact support at +44 7424 902447 and ask for an account deletion request to be logged, but email is the preferred channel because it creates a written verification trail.

What will be deleted

  • Your aAlabu sign-in profile, including email-password access and linked Google or Apple sign-in identifiers used for authentication.
  • Profile details and account preferences that are not required for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or reservation recordkeeping obligations.
  • Saved properties or other account-linked convenience data that is not required to keep an existing or completed booking record accurate.

What may be retained

  • Completed booking, invoice, payment, refund, fraud-review, support, and tax records may be retained where required by law, accounting rules, payment-provider obligations, dispute handling, or legitimate security needs.
  • Where retention is required, aAlabu will keep only the data reasonably necessary for those obligations and will no longer use the retained data for normal account access or marketing.

Timing

  • aAlabu aims to review verified deletion requests promptly and complete account deletion or restriction within a reasonable operational period after verification, subject to any open booking, refund, chargeback, fraud, or legal hold requirements.
