The rules that apply when you use aAlabu to create accounts, browse stays, and complete bookings.
Using aAlabu
By using the aAlabu website or mobile app, you agree to these terms and to any booking-specific rules, house policies, and cancellation terms shown before you confirm a reservation.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful personal or authorised business travel purposes.
Accounts and authentication
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you sign in with Google, the same aAlabu account may be used across the web and app.
aAlabu may suspend or restrict access where there is suspected fraud, misuse, payment risk, or a breach of these terms.
Bookings and availability
Listings, room types, inclusions, and availability are presented as accurately as possible, but final confirmation depends on successful booking and payment processing.
A booking is not complete until aAlabu or the connected reservation system confirms it. In rare cases, availability or pricing issues may require cancellation or correction before confirmation.
Pricing and payments
Displayed pricing may include room rates, taxes, fees, and any booking-specific charges shown during checkout.
When you approve payment, you authorise aAlabu and its payment providers to charge the applicable amount according to the checkout terms for that stay.
aAlabu may need to validate payment status, prevent duplicate transactions, or delay confirmation if a payment requires further review.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Change, cancellation, refund, no-show, and date-modification rights depend on the property’s policy, rate conditions, and any mandatory legal requirements.
Where a booking is marked non-refundable or partially refundable, those limits apply unless the property or applicable law states otherwise.
Guest responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers on the booking meet check-in requirements, follow property rules, and hold any travel documents required for the trip.
You are also responsible for incidental charges, damage, or rule violations attributed to your stay unless applicable law says otherwise.
Platform role and liability
aAlabu operates the booking platform and related support flows. The accommodation provider remains responsible for the actual property, onsite services, and stay experience.
To the extent allowed by law, aAlabu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, third-party provider failures, or property-side issues outside aAlabu’s direct control.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use aAlabu to commit fraud, scrape protected content, abuse payment flows, interfere with service operations, or violate any law or third-party right.
aAlabu may refuse service, cancel suspicious transactions, or preserve evidence where misuse or security abuse is detected.
