How aAlabu collects, uses, shares, and protects guest and account information.
What we collect
Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, password credentials, and profile details you provide when creating or updating an account.
Booking details such as destination, travel dates, guest counts, pricing selections, booking history, special requests, and support conversations related to your stay.
Payment and transaction records needed to confirm a booking, including payment status, order or invoice references, and Stripe payment identifiers. aAlabu does not store full card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
Technical data generated when you use the service, such as device or browser type, app version, IP address, and authentication or checkout timestamps used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your data
To create and secure your account, sign you in with email, Google, or Apple, and keep your web and app identity in sync.
To quote, confirm, manage, and support bookings, including guest communication, itinerary delivery, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
To detect fraud, prevent abuse, debug service problems, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reservation recordkeeping obligations.
To improve the reliability of aAlabu features, pricing flows, and support operations.
Google Sign-In
If you choose Google Sign-In, aAlabu uses Google only to authenticate you and receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier.
aAlabu does not request access to your Google contacts, calendar, drive files, photos, or Gmail contents as part of sign-in.
Apple Sign-In
If you choose Sign in with Apple, aAlabu uses Apple only to authenticate you and receive basic profile information such as your email address, Apple account identifier, and any name details Apple shares during first-time consent.
Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address. aAlabu treats that relay address as part of your account identity when it is used for sign-in.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe and related payment infrastructure. Card entry and payment authorization are handled by those providers under their own compliance controls.
Booking and reservation data may also pass through connected aAlabu systems that support WordPress, WP Rentals, WooCommerce, email delivery, and customer support operations.
When we share data
With accommodation partners, hosts, or operational providers when needed to fulfil your booking or support your stay.
With payment, fraud-prevention, hosting, analytics, email, or infrastructure providers acting on aAlabu’s instructions.
When required by law, court order, payment dispute handling, fraud investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of guests, partners, or aAlabu.
Storage, retention, and security
aAlabu stores account and booking information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Sensitive session or token data used by the mobile app may be stored on-device using secure storage. aAlabu applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to any records we must keep for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or booking obligations.
You may also stop using the app or website at any time, but completed bookings and payment records may still need to be retained.
