1. About aAlabu

AALABU LIMITED (company number 16660516, registered office Office 13953, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom E6 2JA) ("aAlabu", "we", "us") operates aalabu.com as an online travel agent. aAlabu is an intermediary: we facilitate your booking with an independent accommodation provider ("the property"). aAlabu is not the accommodation provider, and does not supply the stay itself.

2. Who you are booking with

Your accommodation contract is with the property. The property remains responsible for supplying the accommodation you book. aAlabu's role is to facilitate the booking, process the accommodation payment, and provide booking-related support.

3. Booking process and formation

When you complete the checkout steps and select the final payment action, you submit your booking request and authorise payment together, as a single action. In the great majority of cases, a successful payment confirms your booking immediately — there is no separate stage in which the property must approve your booking before it becomes confirmed.

In rare cases, your payment may succeed while a technical issue (for example, the exact room becoming unavailable in the moments around payment) briefly delays confirmation of your booking. If this happens, your payment is not lost and you have not been charged twice — we resolve this as quickly as we can, and you can contact us using the payment reference shown to you. If your payment does not succeed, no booking is created and you have not been charged for that attempt.

4. Agreement to these Terms

By selecting the final payment action to complete your booking, you agree to these Terms (the version shown as current at that time) and confirm that you have read the cancellation policy applicable to your selected rate.

5. Availability and prices

Availability and prices are confirmed only once your booking is completed. Prices shown during your search and checkout include every mandatory charge for your stay. Occasionally, a rate or room may become unavailable between browsing and payment; where this happens, clause 3 explains what happens to your payment.

6. Taxes and mandatory accommodation charges

Where a property applies mandatory taxes or charges (for example, local or tourism taxes), these are included in the total shown to you before you pay, unless the property's own terms require certain charges to be collected locally at the property — in which case this is disclosed to you before booking.

7. Payment

aAlabu processes your accommodation payment through its payment provider. The accommodation amount charged by aAlabu is shown to you clearly before you pay. aAlabu settles the accommodation provider separately, in accordance with our agreement with that provider.

8. Transfer arrangements

Some properties require a transfer between the airport or arrival point and the property; others make it optional, and some permit you to arrange your own. Where applicable, aAlabu enables you to select or confirm the property's transfer arrangement as part of your booking. The transfer is supplied or arranged by the property or its transfer provider, and is paid directly to them — it is not collected by aAlabu.

Where a transfer cost is shown as part of your total trip cost, that amount is for your information only and is not included in the accommodation amount aAlabu charges to your card. Where the property permits self-arrangement, you may choose to arrange your own transfer instead of the property's arrangement; self-arrangement is only available where the property specifically permits it. aAlabu does not itself supply transport.

9. Changing or removing a transfer arrangement

If you amend your booking and do not specifically ask to remove your transfer, your existing transfer arrangement is preserved and checked again against your amended stay. If you specifically request removal of your transfer arrangement and the property requires one, we will let you know before your amendment is confirmed.

10. Cancellation and statutory cancellation rights

See our Cancellation Policy for the general framework. The specific cancellation terms and deadlines applicable to your booking are the ones shown to you at the time of booking and preserved with your confirmed booking, and those booking-specific terms take priority over the general description on that page.

Because accommodation bookings are for a specific check-in date, the standard 14-day cancellation ("cooling-off") right that applies to many online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to accommodation bookings. This does not affect any other statutory right you may have.

11. Refunds

Where a cancellation or amendment entitles you to a refund, it is calculated from the accommodation amount aAlabu collected from you. Transfer amounts payable to the property are not part of this calculation, because aAlabu does not collect them; if you need a transfer-related refund, you may need to contact the property or transfer provider directly.

12. Amendments

You may request changes to an existing booking through Manage Booking. Amendments may depend on availability, may involve a price difference, and may be subject to the cancellation/refund rules in clause 11. Some amendments may require the property's acceptance before they take effect. If your original booking included a transfer arrangement, amending your stay dates, room, or guest composition may require that transfer arrangement to be checked again against the property's current requirements.

13. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking and guest details, arriving with any documents the property requires, and complying with the property's own house rules and policies, which are set by the property and not by aAlabu.

14. Property rules

Each property may have its own rules (for example, check-in/check-out times, age or identification requirements, or deposit requirements). These are set by the property, and we recommend you review any property-specific information shown to you before you book.

15. Errors and corrections

If we discover a genuine pricing or availability error before your booking is confirmed, we will let you know and, where possible, offer to proceed on corrected terms or cancel the affected attempt without charge.

16. Platform availability

We aim to keep aalabu.com available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to matters outside our reasonable control.

17. Complaints and contact

If something goes wrong, contact us at aalabu@aalabu.com and we will try to resolve it. Complaints about the property or the accommodation itself may also need to be raised with the property directly.

18. Liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of our own obligations as an intermediary — operating the booking platform, processing your accommodation payment correctly, and providing the booking information you're entitled to. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

The accommodation itself, and any services provided at the property (including a property-supplied transfer), are the responsibility of the property or its transfer provider, not aAlabu. Nothing in this clause excludes the property's own legal responsibilities to you.

19. Your statutory rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country's law that cannot be excluded by agreement, and nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of those protections.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applied to your booking is the version current at the time you completed payment, and is preserved with your booking record.
